We will consider a candidate in remote, work from home environment. Reviews and processes funding activity associated with a diversified inventory finance portfolio. Assists in formulating, enforcing, and maintaining company wholesale policies and procedures. Responsible for the administrative functions relating to, funding, billing, and cash application.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and review US inventory finance funding requests for new equipment submitted by manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and third parties for completeness and accuracy
Prepare and review US floorplan funding requests for used equipment for completeness and accuracy which may require value verification and title review
Enter and approve funding requests in the Compass System and/or recommend approval to management in the event a request pends for an audit exception or overline situation
Book assets under the approved dealer floorplan line in accordance with credit approval
Understand curtailment schedules, billing plans and dealer statements
Interact with manufacturers, dealers and internal sales representatives as required, always representing HCA in a professional and customer centric manner
Investigate and reconcile open issues and/or discrepancies with dealer and/or manufacturer accounts
Follow for and update Compass System with floorplan insurance renewal certificates
Work with the HCA Accounting department to resolve any open questions or concerns regarding transactions.

Education and Experience:
College degree of equivalent experience preferred
Floorplan experience preferred
White Clarke Compass experience a plus
Licensing and Certification: None
This is an exempt position which depending on the needs of the business. MAY require working overtime
Travel: Occasional travel related to attendance at industry seminars
Tools and Equipment Used: Personal Computer, copier, phone, and other typical office equipment
Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move from one office location to another
Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment.
