To meet this demand, Agilent has developed a Financial Solution Program (AFSP) Team to develop and offer Agilent branded payment plans and options to our customers.
The AFSP Team is looking for a highly experienced Commercial Growth Manager with a strong background in leasing and vendor finance to develop and drive major initiatives from concept to implementation to effectively and rapidly grow this program in the USA and Canada.
Consequently, we are looking for a proven professional with strong team work, inclusiveness, collaboration, business, program and project development, marketing and financial skills who is not intimidated by taking the risk to develop something new and better. Among other initiatives, this person in conjunction with Marketing, Regional Leasing Specialists and Sales Leaders will develop strategies to target and close payment plans spanning small to major customers, market segments with different types of personas.
This position will play a pivotal role in developing, designing and creating a template to be used in regional expansion plans around the world.
The position reports into the AFS Program Manager.

MBA, Bachelors or equivalent degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or combination of education and equivalent experience.
5+ years working experience in business/program development or financial services.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new programs, demonstrably strong program and project management skills.
Strong business skills with a strong financial bias.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, working cross functionally.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
5+ years of relevant experience with financial services markets including regulations and business drivers for leasing and financing.
Advanced knowledge of complex lease structures and pricing, financial accounting, and lease classifications.
Location - Santa Clara, CA or Wilmington, DE are preferred but other locations will be considered for excellent candidates.
