We are seeking a Senior Equipment Management Asset Manager with at least ten years generalist equipment leasing and finance experience preferably in a banking environment, with knowledge of the middle market and large corporate markets and experienced in reviewing transactions sized from $1 million to $50 million.
Note: Position is based in Orlando, FL; however, remote location will be considered for the right candidate.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
American Society of Appraisers (ASA) affiliation and/or designation
Experience should include valuation analysis and residual value forecasting, industry studies, inspections, return and maintenance provisions, end of term negotiations, and asset dispositions.
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one area.
Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Relevant equipment financing and asset management experience
A strong working knowledge with a wide range of leasing products and markets covering a broad spectrum of assets and industries with a principal focus on construction, medical, machine tools, diversified manufacturing and software equipment & technology.
Proven ability to establish and cultivate internal and external relationships as necessary to support function and business
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
